2. Kolamon is presently in the experimental stage and unfortunately there may be occasional problems.

We here at Kolamon make it our first priority to avoid such problems and keep users satisfied. However, please understand that Kolamon is a new system in Beta stage, therefore occasional problems may occur.

We do our utmost to guarantee information protection such as emails and passwords, the integrity of the contents, proper functionality and system availability. As you use Kolamon system please keep in mind that despite our good intentions, problems may occur in various areas. Therefore it may be necessary to prepare for such instances.

3. Kolamon system is a public space. Please conduct yourself in accordance with the laws related to websites and understand the consequences your actions may incur.

As a member of Kolamon you may participate in various of public activities (e.g. express your opinions publicly, create proposals for the group to vote on, etc.)

Any public activity you are involved in at Kolamon, you are required to do so within the regulations of the Terms and Conditions you have agreed to. Please keep in mind the power words possess, and fully recognize and understand the affects of the topics, opinions and polls you suggest. Please remember you are responsible to your conduct and actions while using Kolamon. Kolamon is not responsible for content posted by members.
